Generate and download firmware files for various DVB USB drivers for Linux

New: On http://www.thadathil.net/dvb/fw/ every firmware can be downloaded without having difficulties to extract it with this website here. As it is very hard to keep track of the different binaries of the vendors, please first try to find your firmware there before asking me for support.

Most of the newer DVB USB devices need a firmware to function at all. Unfortunately some of the vendors don't want to publish the firmware for their devices (e.g. Hauppauge, ADSTech/Kworld, Artec) separately.
The firmware is always included in the Windows driver for each box, so it simply has to be freed.

This script helps to do so:
Simply upload the particular file from the Windows driver (see the table below) of your DVB USB device and this script extracts the firmware file for you.
